We were inspired by the 10+ step K-beauty routine and simplified it down to three essentials: a cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF.

Yes, all of our products are gender neutral.
3. What skin types are Panacea products suitable for?
Our products are sensitive to all skin types, and they’re cruelty-, paraben-, and sulfate-free, and have no animal origin.

Yes, all of our products are travel size.
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
2. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving the order. The Order # must be provided to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Please email email@example.com and we'll help you place the return.
3. How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
2. How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love the products. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
4. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll get you the right one as soon as possible. Please email email@example.com and we’ll get you the right products right away.
1. Where does Panacea ship?
We currently ship in the U.S. (all 50 states) only. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
3. When will my order ship?
Once you place an order, processing can take 1-2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm PT are processed the next business day). Then our carriers take it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
2. Tell me about shipping.
We offer three shipping speeds:
- Standard (5-9 business days): $4.50
- Expedited (2-3 business days): $15
- Rush (1-2 business days): $25
Take note, standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Unfortunately, Expedited and Rush Shipping are only offered to the 48 contiguous states.
4. How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
